We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders $84.95 and over in most cases.  However, on some pages you will be directed to the web site of a vendor with whom we have a business relationship and you will be buying directly from them - in those cases you will pay their shipping fees.

A note about shipping - while we try to get items shipped to you within 72 hours of receiving your order sometimes there are unavoidable delays.  In addition, if you live on the East Coast of the United States please allow at least 2 weeks for your order to be processed and delivered.  Our orders are shipped via UPS from the West Coast.

Please keep this in mind when ordering for
 holidays and special occasions.

Liber Merchandising and The Cowboy’s Lady try to do everything in our power to satisfy our customers. However, we realize that sometimes mistakes happen and with that in mind the following is our policy on Returns:

• Liber Merchandising guarantees the quality of its merchandise and will replace any item damaged in shipping at no additional charge.
   
• If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item we will replace it for only the cost of shipping the replacement to you. No cash refunds are given. We require that you ship the item to us in it’s original packaging via UPS. A replacement item will be sent to you
   
• If an incorrect item was sent to you, please notify us via email immediately with a description and item number both of the item you expected and the item you received. A replacement item will be sent to you once we have received the original item back in satisfactory condition. We require that you ship the item to us in it’s original packaging via UPS.
